Ever since I moved to Maui, keto has been such a struggle because of the food options compared to Kauai. My biggest weakness would have to be Maui Pie! We may have finished 8 pies so far! My favorite pie is Strawberry Rhubarb, it's not too sweet it's perfect! We top it off with some good ole vanilla ice cream. I have tried their North Shore Berry, Mountain Berry and Apple Pie as well, all are very tasty!

Pro tip: heat in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 mins, covered loosely with foil.
